Corrinne Armour

Corrinne Armour CSP is Australia's leading thinker in Fearless Leadership®. She blends brain science with powerful storytelling to move leaders from insight to action — equipping them to build trust, step into courage, and perform when it matters most.

Her perspective on leadership was profoundly shaped by living and teaching in a jungle refugee camp on the edge of a warzone — an experience that redefined how she understands courage, connection, and what leadership truly demands under pressure.

Before moving into leadership development, Corrinne held senior leadership roles herself — beginning her corporate career at Toshiba, working with Telstra, and leading large multi-disciplinary program teams at ANZ. She knows first-hand what it takes to lead through complexity, competing priorities, and high-stakes environments — and brings that lived experience into everything she does.

A Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), Corrinne is author of ‘Leaders Who Ask: Building Fearless Cultures by Telling Less and Asking More’ and 'Developing Direct Reports: Taking the guesswork out of Leading Leaders'. She has worked with senior leaders across corporate, government, health, and education sectors internationally. She is known for her warmth, straight-talking style, and her ability to translate inspiration into practical tools leaders can apply immediately.

Corrinne lives in regional Australia with her two teenage daughters, and is often found in the bush on her horse. She also has a deep appreciation for a spicy Malaysian curry laksa.
