He has also co-founded several companies and held non-executive directorship and board advisory roles.

Richard works internationally as a consultant, facilitator & trainer, providing workshops & board performance assessments; and also coaching new directors and boards.

Highly qualified with a rich and varied career covering start-ups, privatisations & acquisitions with small, large and international organisations across the public & private sectors in the UK, Europe, USA, Middle East, Asia & Africa.

Past governor of the International Association of Coaching, who has published five books on coaching and created a definitive coaching course ‘Invisible Coaching® - the art of natural coaching’. Author of The New Directors Handbook and its NED and AIM companions, Checklists for Directors and Boards, and the CPD for Directors series.
