Thursday 19th November 2026 - Day 3

Leaders Who Ask: Building Fearless Cultures

The women attending SHE LEADS 2026 are accomplished leaders. Many already operate at senior and executive levels AND are ready to move beyond positional authority into greater influence, visibility and impact. Over two days of keynotes and peer conversation, they will have explored the evolving dimensions of leadership and the challenges and opportunities of being a leader. The need on Day 3 is translating that inspiration into practice. These are leaders who want to understand how leadership truly works, not in theory, but in the room, in the moment, when it matters. They want to know how to position themselves to be heard, trusted and chosen: in complex environments, across cultures, and at the levels where decisions are made. Leaders Who Ask provides the practical framework that makes that possible. By shifting from telling to asking, participants develop the presence, skills and confidence to lead more powerfully,  building the kinds of conversations that create trust, unlock influence, and move people forward.

By the end of the workshop, participants will:

  • - Recognize and build on their existing leadership strengths to increase influence, visibility and impact.
  • - Know how to ask more and tell less — shifting from expert to empowering, building ownership and initiative in others.
  • - Gain insight into how to position themselves to be heard, trusted and chosen in the moments that matter.
  • - Deepen their understanding of how to move from positional authority to influence.
  • - Have practical tools to strengthen engagement and build the trust that allows teams to do their best work.
  • - Have increased confidence and skill to engage in the conversations that matter most.
  • - Be able to maximise everyday opportunities for development through real-time coaching and feedback.
  • - Leave with a practical, immediately applicable framework that grounds three days of SHE LEADS leadership insight into action.

Corrinne Armour CSP is Australia's leading thinker in Fearless Leadership®. She blends brain science with powerful storytelling to move leaders from insight to action — equipping them to build trust, step into courage, and perform when it matters most.

Her perspective on leadership was profoundly shaped by living and teaching in a jungle refugee camp on the edge of a warzone — an experience that redefined how she understands courage, connection, and what leadership truly demands under pressure.

Before moving into leadership development, Corrinne held senior leadership roles herself — beginning her corporate career at Toshiba, working with Telstra, and leading large multi-disciplinary program teams at ANZ. She knows first-hand what it takes to lead through complexity, competing priorities, and high-stakes environments — and brings that lived experience into everything she does.

A Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), Corrinne is author of ‘Leaders Who Ask: Building Fearless Cultures by Telling Less and Asking More’ and 'Developing Direct Reports: Taking the guesswork out of Leading Leaders'. She has worked with senior leaders across corporate, government, health, and education sectors internationally. She is known for her warmth, straight-talking style, and her ability to translate inspiration into practical tools leaders can apply immediately.
