Event Description
The ground beneath every organization is shifting at once. Climate shocks, fractured supply chains, economic turbulence and the rapid arrival of artificial intelligence have collapsed the comfortable distance between “business as usual” and “crisis.” For senior leaders across the APAC region, resilience is no longer a back-office compliance exercise, it is a board-level strategic capability and, increasingly, a competitive advantage. This two-day executive masterclass is built for senior decision-makers who must lead before, during and after disruption. It is strategic, practical and experience-driven. Every session pairs a tight conceptual frame with a live scenario lab drawn from real regional and global events, and closes with a concrete, board-ready tool the participant takes back to the organization. Participants do not merely learn about continuity and crisis leadership, they rehearse it under pressure. By the close of Day 2, each participant will have assembled a personal Executive Resilience Toolkit, a connected set of frameworks, decision aids and a 100-Day Resilience Roadmap ready to deploy on return to work.

Why You Should Not Miss This Masterclass
- Rehearse Crisis Under Real Pressure
Step into live, time-boxed simulations — a regional flood, a ransomware lock-out, a supplier collapse — and make the calls executives actually face, then defend them in the room.
- Turn Disruption into Advantage
Learn the disciplines that let resilient organisations gain market share while competitors freeze — from antifragility to opportunity capture during disruption.
- Put AI to Work on Resilience
See exactly where AI strengthens horizon scanning, business impact analysis, plan generation and crisis communications — and where it introduces new, board-level risk.
- Global Insight, Regional Relevance
Frameworks aligned to ISO 22301, ISO 22361 and ISO 31000, grounded in APAC realities — monsoon and seismic exposure, concentrated supply chains, and cross-border regulatory complexity.
- Leave With Board-Ready
Tools Walk away with a connected Executive Resilience Toolkit and a personalised 100-Day Resilience Roadmap — not theory, but instruments you deploy on Monday.
