He has also contributed to the SHOC through situation analysis, sustainability planning, monitoring and evaluation, and the design of a Business Continuity Model.

His conference contribution brings together ISO-based resilience systems, strategic governance, risk intelligence, public-sector continuity and practical regional application, helping organisations move beyond compliance towards continuity systems that protect lives, sustain essential services and enable operational resilience during disruption.

Event Description

The ground beneath every organization is shifting at once. Climate shocks, fractured supply chains, economic turbulence and the rapid arrival of artificial intelligence have collapsed the comfortable distance between “business as usual” and “crisis.” For senior leaders across the APAC region, resilience is no longer a back-office compliance exercise, it is a board-level strategic capability and, increasingly, a competitive advantage. This two-day executive masterclass is built for senior decision-makers who must lead before, during and after disruption. It is strategic, practical and experience-driven. Every session pairs a tight conceptual frame with a live scenario lab drawn from real regional and global events, and closes with a concrete, board-ready tool the participant takes back to the organization. Participants do not merely learn about continuity and crisis leadership, they rehearse it under pressure. By the close of Day 2, each participant will have assembled a personal Executive Resilience Toolkit, a connected set of frameworks, decision aids and a 100-Day Resilience Roadmap ready to deploy on return to work.

Who Should Attend

This masterclass is designed for senior leaders who own, or contribute to, organizational resilience and crisis decision-making:

  • Chief Executive Officers, Managing Directors & Country Heads
  • Chief Risk, Operating, Financial, Information & Information Security Officers (CRO/COO/CFO/CIO/CISO)
  • Vice Presidents, Directors & Heads of Department
  • Heads of Business Continuity, Risk, Resilience, Crisis Management & Emergency Response
  • Heads of Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement & Logistics
  • Heads of Strategy, Transformation, Sustainability/ESG and Corporate Affairs
  • Senior Managers and high-potential leaders being prepared for enterprise-wide accountability

Industries: Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Energy & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Aviation & Transportation, Logistics & Supply Chain, Telecommunications & Digital Infrastructure, Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals, Government & Public Sector, Professional Services, and multinational corporations operating across the region.

Why You Should Not Miss This Masterclass

  • Rehearse Crisis Under Real Pressure
Step into live, time-boxed simulations — a regional flood, a ransomware lock-out, a supplier collapse — and make the calls executives actually face, then defend them in the room.
  • Turn Disruption into Advantage
Learn the disciplines that let resilient organisations gain market share while competitors freeze — from antifragility to opportunity capture during disruption.
  • Put AI to Work on Resilience
See exactly where AI strengthens horizon scanning, business impact analysis, plan generation and crisis communications — and where it introduces new, board-level risk.
  • Global Insight, Regional Relevance
Frameworks aligned to ISO 22301, ISO 22361 and ISO 31000, grounded in APAC realities — monsoon and seismic exposure, concentrated supply chains, and cross-border regulatory complexity.
  • Leave With Board-Ready
Tools Walk away with a connected Executive Resilience Toolkit and a personalised 100-Day Resilience Roadmap — not theory, but instruments you deploy on Monday.

Your Executive Resilience Toolkit — What You Take Home

Every participant leaves with a connected, board-ready toolkit assembled across the two days:

  • Climate Risk Heat-Map (sector-calibrated)
  • Economic Resilience Stress-Test canvas
  • Disruption-to-Advantage playbook
  • Critical Supply-Chain Dependency Map & supplier resilience scorecard
  • AI-for-BCM opportunity/risk matrix & human-in-the-loop governance checklist
  • Crisis Decision Framework & Crisis Command battle-card
  • Crisis Communications Grid & post-incident review template
  • Personalised 100-Day Resilience Roadmap

The Learning Experience

Scenario-driven: Every session is anchored in a live “Scenario Lab” drawn from real regional and global events — participants decide, not just discuss.

Standards-aligned: Grounded in ISO 22301 (BCM), ISO 22361 (Crisis Management) and ISO 31000 (Risk) — translated into executive practice.

Board-level: Pitched for senior decision-makers: strategic framing, executive language, and the calls that sit with leadership.

Practical & portable: Each session ends in a concrete tool; the masterclass ends in a roadmap that travels back to the organisation

Interactive & peer-rich: Facilitated debate, syndicate exercises, simulations and structured peer challenge — leveraging the experience in the room.
