He is a distinguished governance professional with over 30 years assisting Boards of Directors and Company Secretaries to become more effective.

  • Has been a Non-Executive Director on 28 Boards and Chair of 14 Boards.
  • Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
  • Facilitated the Company Directors Course for 10 years for AICD.
  • Has conducted Governance workshops in Australia, Singapore and the South Pacific/ASEAN regions.
  • Published 3 books for Company Directors.

Event Description
