Founder and Managing Director of Tapp Advisory, a governance consulting firm in Australia. He also founded Directors Australia in 1996 which was later sold to another company. He is a distinguished governance professional with over 30 years assisting Boards of Directors and Company Secretaries to become more effective.

  • Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
  • Facilitated the Company Directors Course for 10 years for AICD.

  • Published 3 books for Company Directors.

Event Description

This 2-day masterclass is designed to assist Boards to ensure regulatory compliance, strategic thinking and effective leadership. “The fish rots from the head”. You will be challenged to rethink your role as directors or company secretaries, no matter how experienced you are.
