Jean is the Executive Director of WAPPP. He’s an international mediator and recognized board governance practitioner. After a bank apprenticeship, he graduated in Law and earned an Executive MBA.

He started his career in corporate banking and compliance. He later worked on long-term infrastructure projects in the rolling stock industry where he managed complex high-value contracts and claims. In 2014 he launched his advisory boutique HASE Solutions which focuses on Deal Mediation and Conflict Coaching for PPP projects and supplier disputes.

He has co-authored “Early Stage Governance - An Effective Lever for the Development of start-ups” and “Making PPPs fit the 2030 Agenda”. He teaches Sales & Contract Negotiation at glion.edu.
