Sales Specialist
We are looking for a highly driven and competitive International B2B Sales Specialist to join our Middle East division, supporting revenue growth for our Business Conferences and Corporate Training events across the region.
This role is ideal for a sales professional with 3–5 years of solid B2B sales experience, preferably within the events services / business events / conference industry, who thrives in a target-driven environment and has strong cold-calling capabilities.
The successful candidate must already be based in the UAE and possess proven experience engaging senior-level decision makers.
Role Overview
This corporate sales role sits within our growing Middle East division and focuses on:
- Researching and identifying high-value prospects
- Conducting strategic cold calls and outbound sales outreach
- Engaging C-level executives and senior decision makers across public and private sectors
- Promoting and selling delegate participation for Business Conferences and Training programmes
- You will manage the full sales cycle and work closely with the project team across an 8–12 week campaign timeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential participants for each conference/training
- Perform high-volume cold calling and outbound B2B sales activities
- Sell Business Conferences and Training programmes via phone and email to senior-level decision makers
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline independently
- Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable event participation solutions
- Analyze market trends and identify competitive positioning opportunities
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets consistently
- Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure campaign success
Job Requirements
- Currently based in the UAE (mandatory)
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Proven experience in the events services, conference production, corporate training, or business events industry
- Strong background in cold calling, outbound prospecting, and full sales cycle management
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written) – mandatory
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills
- Confident speaking with C-level and senior executives
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Excellent telephone etiquette and professional presentation
- Positive mindset with a strong “Can-Do” attitude
